"Great range of sizes"
I needed a larger size suit and normally have a hard time finding one that’s actually in stock. Slaters had loads of sizes to choose from, and ordering was really straightforward. The fit was spot on too, so I didn’t have to deal with sending anything back. I’d definitely use them again next time I need a suit.

"Not Bad, Just Not Enough Choice"
I’ve shopped at Slaters before and the service was fine, so I thought I’d try them again. This time though, the range felt limited. I was looking for a few different styles and sizes, but kept coming across the same sort of options. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’m careful about where I spend my money and didn’t want to settle for something I wasn’t really happy with. For a clothes shop of this size, I expected a bit more variety, so I ended up buying elsewhere.

"Booking was straightforward"
I booked an appointment on slaters.co.uk and, to be fair, it was easy enough overall. The available time slots were clear, and the confirmation email came through quickly, which I appreciated.
The only small hiccup was that the page didn’t load properly the first time, so I had to click back and try again. That said, it only took a few minutes to sort out, so I wouldn’t call it a major issue

I had to call Slaters about a delivery problem, the wait to actually get through was really frustrating. It shouldn’t take that long to speak to someone when the issue wasn’t my fault in the first place. To be fair, once I finally got someone on the phone, they were really helpful, sorted it quickly, and kept me updated. So the staff member was great, but Slaters really need to sort out how long they make customers wait.

I ordered a shirt and trousers from Slaters online and it was all straightforward really. The website was easy to use, and the sizing info was clear enough, which helped. I got the confirmation email straight away, though delivery did take a day longer than I was expecting. Everything arrived packed fine and both items fit well, so I really can’t complain much. I’d use them again, just probably not if I needed something in a hurry

I ordered a few shirts from Slaters and everything turned up just how I chose it, right sizes colours and nothing missing. I’ve had the wrong stuff sent from other shops before so it was nice that this was all spot on. Delivery was fine as well and I’d happily use them again.

Hired the suits for my wedding from Slaters it couldn’t have gone no smoother. The staff were really helpful without being pushy, got all the sizes sorted quickly, and the suits looked smart on the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

"Great Fit Right Away"
